When a tenant has been approved for your property they are required to attend a ‘sign-up appointment’ at our office. This appointment is between 30 minutes – 45 minutes in duration and allows our leasing consultants to meet with all parties to the tenancy and explain the tenants obligations and responsibilities under the agreement and our expectations of them during the tenancy.
